It is understood and agreed upon by the parties hereto Naan - The Indian Kitchen shall not be liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever for any damages sustained by any party to the contract or by any other person, firm or corporation and the convener agrees and undertakes to indemnify Naan - The Indian Kitchen against all claims and expenses presented by any person, firm or corporation for any loss or damages resulting from Naan - The Indian Kitchen being unable to perform the services set out in the contract as a result of any strike, flood, fire, force majeure or Act of God, the conduct of any person or persons attending the function and the conduct of the convener or the management of the function by the convener.

The coverage agrees to indemnify harmless Naan - The Indian Kitchen against any and all claims and expenses presented by any person or persons, firms, corporation or corporations, attending the function for loss or damages sustained in the areas of the building designed for the function. The convener agrees to reimburse Naan - The Indian Kitchen for any damages done to any part of the building, its premises or equipment, which is caused by any person attending the function.

A guaranteed number of guests must be given not less than 6 days prior to the day of the function. The guaranteed number must be equal or higher than the minimum number of guests guaranteed the convener on this contract. If the number of people attending the function is GREATER than the number guaranteed by the customer, the customer will pay an extra charge on the price based per person quoted above. Please note you are responsible for providing an accurate guest count. If the actual number of guests exceeds your estimate, it is your responsibility to ensure accuracy and adjust your food order accordingly, based on the average consumption per individual.
